| 摘 要： | 目的 提高下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的治疗水平。方法 对21例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症病人行解剖性旁路术18例,解剖外旁路术3例。结果 术后所有病人临床症状减轻或消失,肢体溃疡愈合;2例病人术后3～4周行截肢术。结论 对于膝关节以上病变采用人造血管有较好的效果,而膝关节以下则不宜采用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of atherosclerotic ischemia of lower extremities.Methods The data of 21 cases of atherosclerotic ischemia of lower extremities were summarized.Amongthem,18 cases got anatomical bypass,and 3 cases got extraanatomic bypass. Result After operation,symptomas like pain of lower extremities disappear or was not so severe,ulcers at the extremities were cured.There were 3 patients resulting in amputation 2 to 3 months after operation.Conclusion To get the best treatment effect,grafts used for above-knee bypass can be artificial vessels but those for below-bnee bypass must be autogenous vessls. |
