固定正畸治疗中口腔保健的临床研究

目的 评估口腔卫生宣教及0．12％洗必泰溶液漱口两因素在固定正畸治疗中对口腔保健的作用。方法 45例牙周健康的固定正畸病例随机分为3组,在矫治开始后1、2、4月对所有病例进行菌斑指数及牙龈指数测定。结果 口腔卫生宣教组与口腔卫生宣教 0．12％洗必泰溶液漱口组的菌斑指数及牙龈指数升高幅度明显低于对照组,口腔卫生宣教的两组间差异无显著性。结论 口腔卫生宣教是正畸患者口腔保健的重要内容,有效的刷牙尤为重要,洗必泰溶液漱口对口腔保健有一定效果,可以选择性使用。

A study of oral hygiene in orthodonic treatment with fixed appliance

Objective To evaluate the function of the two factors of hygiene education and whether use a 0.12% chlorhexidine to oral hygenie in orthodonic treatment with fixed appliance. Method 45 patients with fixed appliance were divided into three groups.The plaque index and gingival index of the four parts of the six teeth which were named first were measured.Result The increasing degree of the plaque index and gingival index in the group of oral hygenie and using 0.12% chlorhexidine was obviously lower than the control group,and the two groups with education have no efficient difference.Conclusion Oral hygenie education is the main method of oral hygenie in the patients with fixed appliance.Effective brushing is extremely important,and chlorhexidine is also important in oral hygenie.
