2. 2. Differential — multiple causes including incomplete RBBB (QRS < 0.12), coronary artery disease, right ventricular overload, tumors, and normal variant.

3. 3. Significance — associated with atherosclerotic heart disease with prognosis dependent on underlying process.

4. 4. Treatment — based on underlying cause with consideration of pacemaker placement when associated with acute anteroseptal infarction and other conduction deficits present.
