| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同月龄大鼠免疫功能及抗氧化能力的差异。方法：选择15、25月龄健康雄性SD大鼠各10只，以3月龄青年鼠10只为对照组。采用放免法测定血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量，并计算大鼠胸腺体重指数；采用化学法检测血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力，丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果：衰老大鼠胸腺体重指数及IL-2、IL-4明显下降，IL-6水平升高SOD、GSH-PX活力下降，MDA含量增高，并且变化与月龄有关。结论：不同月龄大鼠衰老状况各有特点，不同年龄阶段应采用不同方法延缓衰老。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the difference of immune function and anti-oxidation function of rats in different moon's age.Method:Choosing 10 healthy male SD rats of 15 and 25 monthes separately as the study group while 10 young rats of 3 monthes are as the control group.The content of IL-2,IL-4 and IL-6 of blood serum was evaluated by immunoassay,then calculating the thymic body weight index.The vitality of SOD,GSH-PX and the content of MDA were evaluated by chemical method.Result:It was showed that to rats in senescence,the thymic body weight index and the content of IL-2 and IL-4 decreases while the content of IL-6 increases;the vitality of SOD,GSH-PX decreases while the content of MDA increases.The changes are related to the moon's age.Conclusion:The senile status of rats in different moon's age is characterized differently.Different means should be adopted to prevent senescence in different ~ages.
