牛膝微波提取工艺的研究

摘    要:
目的研究牛膝中有效成分的微波提取工艺。方法以蜕皮甾酮为指标成分,采用正交设计方法,筛选微波提取牛膝中有效成分的最佳工艺条件。结果优选出的最佳工艺条件为:60目牛膝细粉,微波功率250 W,16倍量水,提取2次,每次15 min。结论微波提取技术能够快速高效地提取牛膝中的蜕皮甾酮。

Abstract:
Objective To study the microwave extraction of the active components from Radix Achyranthes bidentata.Method The orthogonal design test was used to screen the optimum condition of microwave extraction of the active components from Radix Achyranthes bidentata taking ecdysterone as a targetal component.Result The optimum condition was obtained as follows:Radix Achyranthes bidentata fine powder was 60 mesh,microwave power was 250 W with 16 times amount of water.The extract procedure was continued for two times and each time was for 15 minutes.Conclusion The technique of microwave extraction can be used to extract ecdysteron from Radix Achyranthes bidentata quickly and effectively.
