CEA、CA50在大肠癌诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原CA50（CA50）在大肠癌患者诊断中的价值，并评价联检的意义。方法：采用放射免疫分析（RIA）和免疫放射分析（IRMA）对136例大肠癌患者进行血清CEA、CA50检测，并进行相关分析。结果：大肠癌患者血清CEA、CA50含量明显高于对照组，差异显著（P〈0．01），而大肠良性疾病组血清CEA、CA50含量与对照组相比无显著差异（P〉0．05）。联检血清CEA、CA50含量比单项检测大肠癌阳性率高，可达79．4％。结论：血清CEA、CA50在大肠癌诊疗中有重要价值，联检可提高大肠癌诊断的阳性率。

Diagnostic Value of Serum CEA,CA50 Determination for Large Intestinal Cancer

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CEA and CA50 in patients with large intestinal cancer.Methods Serum CEA(with RIA) and CA50(with IRMA) contents were measured in 136 patients with cancer of large intestine,53 patients with benign diseases of large intestine and 40 controls.Results Serum contents of CEA and CA50 were significantly higher in patients with cancer of large intestine than those in controls(P<0.01),while levels in patients with benign diseases of large intestine were not much different from those in controls(P>0.05).Combined determination of CEA and CA50 levels would result in a higher positive rate(79.4%) for detection of large intestinal cancer.Conclusion Serum CEA and CA50 levels determination was useful for diagnosis of large intestinal cancer.Combined determination could increase the positive rate of detection.
