| 摘 要： | 从年青男性尸体颌下腺提取表皮生长因子(Epidermal GrowthFactor,EGF),用SC和灌服法治疗小鼠实验性胃溃疡。结果显示:经EGF预处理的实验组胃溃疡的发生数及溃疡面积均较对照组减少,其溃疡面积抑制率分别为64.98％(P<0.05)、73.12％(P<0.05)及65.40％(P<0.01)。EGF1000mg(湿重)/kg对胃液分泌及胃酸分泌速率无影响,可能和剂量有关。认为EGF对胃溃疡的抑制作用可能系特殊的胃粘膜保护作用,与PG合成无关。

| Abstract: | Epidermal growth factor extracted from the submandibular gland of young male's cadaver is used to treat the experimental gastric ulcer with Sc and irrigating and feeding method in rats. Results shows that the incidence and the area of the gastric ulcer in the experimental group treated by EGF are less than these in the contrast group. The inhibitory rate of the ulcer area is 64.98%( P<0.05) , 73.12%(P<0.05)and 65.4%(P<0.01), respectively. EGF has no effect on the secretion of the gastric juice and the secretion speed and may be related to the dose of EGF. It is believed that the inhibitory effect of the EGF on the gastric ulcer may be a special protective one and has no relation to the PG synthesis. |
