| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平与代谢综合征(MS)的相关性。方法确诊为2型糖尿病的患者257例,按照有无代谢综合征,分为MS组、非MS组。比较两组ALT水平,并分析其与MS各组分相关性。结果 MS组的ALT、BMI、血压、尿酸(UA)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著高于非MS组(P<0.05),相关性分析显示:ALT与BMI及TG呈显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈显著负相关(P<0.01),多元逐步回归分析,结果显示ALT与BMI呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与HDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病合并MS患者血清ALT水平明显增高,ALT可能为糖尿病合并MS的特征性指标。
