盆底重建术治疗女性盆底功能障碍疗效观察研究

目的评价盆底重建术在女性盆底功能障碍中的应用及疗效。方法对123例具有不同程度缺陷的盆底功能障碍患者应用聚丙烯网片进行盆底重建术。根据国际尿控协会制定的盆腔器官脱垂定量(PDF-Q)分度法评价手术效果,调查其术前、术后的脱垂生活质量量表(P-QOL)评分,作为疗效的主观评价指标。结果盆底悬吊术的手术时间为(72±20)m in,出血量为(88±39)ml,所有患者在术后3~7d出院。123例患者PDF-Q分度明显改善,术后与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后3、6、12、24个月比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者术后P-QOL量表评分与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后3个月和24个月比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访平均24个月,发现网片暴露4例,10例术后复发。结论盆底重建术治疗女性盆底功能障碍疗效确切,手术方法简单,短期疗效肯定,长期疗效有待进一步观察和随访。
