| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨上皮细胞激酶2（EphA2）在膀胱移行细胞癌（Bladder transitional cell carcinoma BTCC ）中的表达及意义。方法]采用Western blotting 和 RT-PCR技术测定20例BTCC组织和10例正常膀胱黏膜EphA2蛋白和 EphA2 mRNA的表达。结果]EphA2蛋白在BTCC中的表达明显高于正常膀胱黏膜（ P ＜0．01），在BTCC低分化组表达强于高分化组；EphA2 mRNA在BTCC中的表达高于正常膀胱黏膜（ P＜0．01），与BTCC的分化程度无关（ P＝0．295）。结论]EphA2将成为判定膀胱癌恶性程度的指标，EphA2 mRNA表达强度与EphA2蛋白表达强度不完全一致。提示转录后的调控机制干预了 BTCC中EphA2的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the expression of EphA2 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma（BTCC） and its significance .Methods] Western blotting and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of EphA2 protein and mRNA in 20 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder .Results] The expression of EphA2 protein in BTCC was obviously higher than that in normal mucous membrane of bladder （ P〈0 .001） .The ex-pression of EphA2 protein in poorly differentiated BTCC group was higher than that in well differentiated BTCC group（ P 〈0 .001） .The expression of EphA2 mRNA in BTCC was higher than that in normal mucous membrane of bladder（ P〈0 .001） ,but not related with differentiation degree of BTCC （ P =0 .295） .Con-clusion] EphA2 will be used as a marker to evaluate the malignant degree of BTCC .The expression of EphA2 mRNA is not fully concordant with the expression of EphA2 protein ,which indicates that the posttranscrip-tional mechanism interferes in the expression of EphA2 in BTCC . |
