PDCA循环法降低医院感染的临床研究

目的 分析PDCA循环法在降低医院感染方面的作用.方法 2013年护理管理实施PDCA循环法与2012年实施前进行比较,观察实施前后护士防护措施执行情况,比较实施前后护士、患者医院感染率.结果 实施PD-CA循环法管理后,护理人员洗手、戴口罩、戴手套等防护措施执行率明显高于实施前;护理人员呼吸道感染、针刺伤（0.00％、18.10％）、患者呼吸道感染、侵入性操作感染（1.89％、9.47％）均明显低于实施前（P＜0.05）.结论 PD-CA循环法可强化医护人员执行防护医院感染措施力度,有效降低医院感染.

The Effects of PDCA Circulation Method on Reducing Hospital Infection

Objective To analyze the effects of PDCA circulation method on reducing hospital infection.Methods PDCA circulation method in nursing management in 2013 was chosen as the research object, which was compared with prior to 2012. Then the implementation of protective measures was observed before and after PDCA circulation method, followed by comparing nurses and patients＇ hospital infection rate.Results After the PDCA circulation method of management, standard protective measures such as the nursing staff washing their hands,wearing a mask and gloves were carried out much better; nursing staff respiratory infection,needle stick injuries （0.00%,18.10%） , infection of patients with respiratory tract infection, invasive operation （1.89%,9.47%） were significantly lower than the previous （P〈0.05）.Conclusion PDCA circulation method can strengthen medical personnel to perform preventive measures of hospital infection.
