| 摘 要： | 目的：分析老年眩晕患者数字减影血管造影（digtal subtraction angiography,DSA）的临床资料,为临床诊疗提供客观依据。方法：将22例以眩晕为主要症状的患者行全脑DSA术,观察血管狭窄部位及受累血管数目。结果：DSA阳性率为82%,其中椎基底动脉系统病变11例（50%）,颈内动脉系统病变7例（31.8%）,血管正常4例（18.2%）。结论：眩晕与前、后循环缺血均有关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:Analyze clinical data of elderly patients with vertigo who underwent digital subtraction angiography (Digtal Subtraction Angiography,DSA) to provide objective basis for clinical treatment. Methods: DSA were performed on 22 elderly patients that complainted of vertigo to detect the stenosis location and the number of involved vessels. Results: The results showed that DSA-positive rate was 82%,of which vertebrobasilar artery system lesions were presented in 11 cases (50%),internal carotid artery system disease in 7 cases (32%),and normal blood vessels in 4 cases (18%). Conclusion: Vertigo is closely related to ischemia of both anterior and posterior circulation. |
