| 摘 要： | 目的:开发新型农药残留用固相萃取小柱,简化农药残留前处理时间,提高测定效率.方法:选用农药残留常用的几种固相萃取填料,按照一定比例制备混合型同相萃取小柱,考察各种小柱对常见的92种农药的回收率同时以菠菜为考察对象,考察各填料对菠菜的净化效果,最终筛选出符合要求的固相萃取小柱.结果:最终得到的固相萃取小柱在仅以乙腈为淋洗... |
