颅咽管瘤钙化灶元素组成与微观结构的研究

摘    要:目的分析颅咽管瘤钙化灶的元素组成及微观结构,探索不同程度钙化间的区别。方法筛选50例颅咽管瘤病例,从肿瘤标本中分离出钙化斑块进行X-线衍射分析及X-线能量色散谱分析。结果 所有钙化斑块均由羟基磷灰石晶体及一些非晶态物质构成,钙化斑块中主要含有钙、磷、碳、氧4种元素,钙、磷、碳3种元素的百分含量在不同钙化程度的分组间具有显著差异(P<0.05),其中钙、磷元素含量与钙化程度呈正相关(rp分别为0.745和0.778,P<0.01),碳元素含量与钙化程度呈负相关(rp=-0.526,P<0.01)。结论不同钙化程度的钙化斑块中钙、磷、碳3种元素的含量不同,3种元素含量的不同影响钙化斑块的钙化程度。
