加用中药熏洗辅助治疗直肠癌术后排便异常45例

目的：研究分析中药熏洗辅助治疗直肠癌术后排便异常的临床效果。方法：选取我院于2009年11月～2011年10月收治的90例直肠癌术后排便异常的患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均采用常规治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用中药熏洗法治疗，两组患者均治疗1个月，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗有效率对比有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；两组患者治疗后各临床症状改善，治疗组优于对照组，P〈O．05，有统计学意义。结论：加用中药熏洗辅助治疗直肠癌术后排便异常，可以改善患者的临床症状，安全有效，值得推广。

Efficacy of TCM fumigating and washing therapy in treating 45 cases of defecation abnormality after rectum carcinoma operation

Objective： To study and investigate the clinical effect of TCM fumigating and washing therapy in treating defecation abnormality after rectum carcinoma operation. Methods： 90 patients of rectum carcinoma collected during November 2009 and October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional therapy, while the treated group was given TCM fumigating and washing therapy more. After one month treatment, the clinical efficacies of both groups were compared. Results： Significant differences were detected between the total effective rates of both groups （P〈0.05）. And the symptoms in the treated group improved better than that in the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM fumigating and washing therapy was helpful in treating defecation abnormality after rectum carcinoma operation, worth a wide clinical application
