中药对50例乳腺癌患者化疗骨髓抑制的影响及观察

目的：观察分析临床面对乳腺癌患者术后化疗所产生的严重副作用骨髓抑制时给予中药治疗后的临床效果。方法：选取我院在2008年2月～2011年8月间收治的50例乳腺癌术后化疗患者，给予患者中药益血汤及健脾治疗，并观察患者的白细胞、血红蛋白、及血小板变化情况，以评价疗效。结果：50例患者在服药治疗后总体有效率为94％，随访3年，49例患者均顺利完成化疗计划，仅1例患者复发。结论：临床应用中药对乳腺癌术后化疗患者实施治疗可以降低患者骨髓抑制的几率，也是可以保证患者顺利完成化疗计划的重要组成部分。

Observation on the effect of TCM therapy on myelosuppression of patients with mammary cancer chemotherapy

Objective： To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of TCM therapy in improving the severe side effects of mammary cancer chemotherapy. Methods： 50 patients of mammary cancer treated with chemotherapy collected during February 2008 and August 2011 were given Yixue decoction and spleen invigoration treatment. The variations of leucocytes, hemoglobins and platelets of the patients were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the 50 patients was 94%. Only 1 patient recurred while the other 49 patients completed the chemotherapy successfully according to the 3 year follow-up result. Conclusion： TCM therapy was effective in reducing the incidence rate of myelosuppression in chemotherapy treated patients of mammary cancer, and it was also an important part of ensure the accomplishments of chemotherapy.
