| 摘 要： | 作者对L_3～L_5的椎板椎弓峡部孕椎弓根进行了解剖研究,取得了多项数据,并对其进钉点及角度、螺钉的长度提出了新的看法,研制出多孔面螺钉取代巴克螺钉,从而提高了手术疗效。临床治疗10例,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | The study of anatomy on the isthmian part of vertebral arch of vertebral lamina and pedicle of vertebral arch of L3-L5 was done, and took many datum. The new opinion of a point that screw set in and angle, length of screw were put forth. Barker' s screw were replaced by screw of porous side, and the effect of 10 cases were satisfactory. |
