| 摘 要： | 目的:观察利水疏肝化瘀方治疗肝硬化腹水疗效.方法:将56例肝硬化腹水病人随机分为两组,均予西药治疗,治疗组加用丹参注射液及利水疏肝化瘀方治疗.结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组.结论:利水疏肝化瘀方对腹水消退及改善肝功能有利.

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of the prescreption for inducing diuresis and disperse the depressed liver and removing stasis on cirrhosis abdominal dropsy.Method:56 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups treated with medicine but treatment group plus danshen root injection and the prescreption for inducing diuresis and disperse the depressed liver and removing stasis.Result:the effective power was higher in treatment than control.Conclusion:the prescreption for inducing diuresis and disperse the depressed liver and removing stasis was advantageous to abdominal dropsy extinction and improvement the liver function. |
