硬膜外腔大容量灌注治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的观察硬膜外腔大容量复合液灌注与常规剂量注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法观察组 :硬膜外腔灌注大容量 (2 6 6～ 4 2 2ml)复合液 2 6例 ,常规组 :硬膜外腔注射 (39～ 4 9ml) 2 4例 ,两组治疗均每周 1次 ,3次 1疗程 ,将两组疗效进行比较分析。结果大容量复合液组疗效显著 ,与常规组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论硬膜外腔灌注大容量复合液治疗腰椎间盘突出症操作简便易行 ,安全性较大 ,有效率高 (96 % ) ,副作用较小 ,无需住院及特殊护理 ,病人易于接受 ,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法。

The high capacity in epidural perfuser to cure the lumbar of intervertebral discs

Objective Observing the high capacity in epidural liquid perfuses and regulations amount effect cure the lumbar herniation of intervertebral.Method The epidural perfuses the high capacity (266~422ml) reunites the 26 cases as observe group.The epidural injects(39~49ml) 24 cases as control group.Two groups once a week,three times a the course of treatment and proceed,curative effect to comparison anaiysis.Result The high capacity reunites the liquid a curative effect notable,comparing with normal regulations set to show the difference notable(P<0.05). Conclusion The epidural perfuses the high capacity reunites simple and easy line in operation in lumbar herniation of intervertebral discs in treatment in liquid,safety,efficient,the side effect is small,having no to need hospitalizaion and special nursings.
