偏头痛急性发作期不同年龄段脑血流变化经颅多普勒超声临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对偏头痛急性发作期的检测价值。方法:确诊的200例偏头痛病人,按不同年龄段分成5组,在急性发作期进行TCD检测血流速度。结果:偏头痛患者不同年龄段急性发作期脑血流速度和正常人血流速度与同名动脉比较,P<0.01,偏头痛患者和正常人血流速度存在明显差别;急性发作期不同年龄段内同名动脉血流速度经χ2检验,P>0.05。结论:TCD可敏感而准确地反映偏头痛患者在各个不同年龄段的脑血管舒缩功能及其血液动力学变化,适用于各个年龄段的偏头痛患者检测。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the detection value of transcranial doppler sonography(TCD) to migraine in the acute stage.Methods:The 200 migraine patiens were divided into five groups randomly,and their cerebral blood flow rates were detected with TCD in the acute stage.Results:There was a difference in cerebral blood flow rates between the migraine patients and the health adult in the same name artery(P<0.01),the same name artery cerebral blood flow rates showed little variation in the migrain patients at any age in the acute stage(P>0.05).Conclusion: TCD can sensitively and accurately reflect the cerebral vasomotor function and hemodynamic changes of migraine patients in various age,so it can be used to detect migraine patients's cerebral blood flow rate in the different age period.
