针刺心经合穴对左手寸部脉图参数的影响

目的 观测针刺心经合穴对左手寸部脉图参数的影响,根据三部九候脉诊法探讨左手寸部脉图与其所候脏腑是否有相关性.方法 选择身体健康的在校大学生52例,随机配对分为两组,一组为心经合穴组,另一组为阑尾穴对照组.采用脉图仪对两组大学生的左手寸脉进行检测,分析针刺心经合穴前后左手寸脉脉图参数的变化.结果 针刺少海穴后左手寸脉脉图主波波幅明显增高(P＜0.01);降中峡波幅明显增高(P＜0.05);降中波波幅明显增高(P＜0.05);脉搏波周期明显延长(P＜0.05),以左心室舒张期延长明显(P＜0.05);而针刺阑尾穴后左手寸脉脉图波幅参数无显著变化(P＞0.05);但脉搏周期延长(P＜0.05),且以左心室舒张期延长明显(P＜0.05).结论 针刺少海穴对左手寸脉有明显影响,即支持三部九候脉诊法中左手寸候心的理论.因此左手寸部脉象能反映心脏的生理及病理信息,在以后的中医临床诊断当中具有指导意义.

The effects of needling the acupoints of heart meridians on the left cun pulse diagrams

Objective This paper is to observe the changes of the left cun pulse diagrams after the acupoints of heart meridians is needled.According to the san bun jiu hou theory,whether the left cun pulse is related to the corresponding internal organs is investigated. Methods 52 healthy collegians on campus were randomly divided into two groups: Shaohai was needled among collegians in the group A and Lanwei was needled among collegians in the group B.The left cun pulses of collegians in the two groups were measured by pulse diagram instrument,and the variety of the parameters was analyzed before and after the acupoints of heart meridians were needled. Results The amplitude of dominant wave of left cun pulse underwent a marked increase in the group A(P<0.01).So did the amplitude of incisura wave of left cun pulse(P<0.05) and amplitude of tidal wave of left cun pulse(P<0.05) in the group A.But the parameters of left cun pulse in the group B had no significant changes(P>0.05).However,both the pulse cycles in the groups A and B underwent a marked increase(P<0.05). Conclusion It indicated that needling the acupoints of heart meridians presented different changes in the left cun pulse,which agreed with the conventional pulse theory.Therefore the cun pulse can reflect the cardio physiological and pathologic information,and will be helpful for clinical diagnosis of Chinese medicine.
