| 摘 要： | 采用益肾洗肝化脂汤治疗酒精性脂肪肝40例与单纯戒酒降脂对比观察。结果治疗组与对照组疗效有显著性差异（P＜0．05），在改善肝功能与脂肪肝B超影像上，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0．05）。提示该方有缩短病程，加快脂肪肝恢复的作用。

| Abstract: | This decoction was used in the treatment group of 40 patients of alcoholic fatty liver,and another 30 cases fall into the control group,who were treated by simply reducing fat and required to give up drinking alcohol.The effective rate of the treatment and control groups is respectviely 90% and 73 3% with marked difference( P <0 05).Besides the former has a better effect than the latter in improving liver function and supersonic wave B photograph( P <0 05).These indicate this decoction can shorten the course of illness and speed up recovery from fatty liver. |
