住院青少年神经症患者个性特征与父母教养方式的相关研究

目的 探讨神经症患者的个性特征、防御机制与父母教养方式的关系。方法 对神经症组和正常对照组(各 70例 )进行父母教养方式评价量表 (EMBU)、艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)和防御方式问卷(DSQ)测查。结果 两组的父母教养方式、个性特征、防御机制均有显著差异。神经症组个性特征中的高神经质(64. 96±9. 07,对照组 45. 23±10. 66)、高内向性 (44. 07±10. 18,对照组 53. 97±9. 89)及不成熟型(4. 73±0. 93,对照组 3. 82±0. 97)和中间型防御机制 (4. 88±0. 63,对照组 4. 35±0. 55)的使用与其父母教养方式中情感温暖少(父 41. 80±7. 95,母 44. 93±9. 46,对照组父 50. 32±9. 75,母 54. 67±9. 25)、惩罚(父 19. 70±6. 58,母 13. 45±4. 38,对照组父 15. 92±5. 31,母 10. 96±2. 39 )、拒绝 (父 10. 05±2. 89,母14. 08±3. 93,对照组父 8. 31±2. 19,母 10. 99±2. 95)、过度保护(父 12. 05±2. 49,对照组父 10. 13±1. 78)多显著相关。不成熟型和中间型防御机制的使用与神经症患者的神经质、内向的个性显著相关。结论 神经症患者的个性缺陷与父母不良的教养方式显著相关;中间型和不成熟型防御机制的使用又与其个性特征显著相关。

Personality of adolescent neurotics in psychiatric hospital and parental rearing pattern

Objective To investigate personality and defense mechanism in adolescent neurotics and relationship with parental rearing pattern. Methods 70 neurotics and 70 normal controls were assessed with Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran (EMBU), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Defense Style Questionnaire (PSQ). ResultsThe parental rearing patterns and personality and defense mechanism of neurotics were significantly different from that of normal controls. The results of correlation analysis showed that rearing pattern such parental punishment and refuse and over protection correlated positively with the personality characteristic such as neuroticism and the endorsement of immature and neurotic defense mechanism in neurotics.ConclusionThe unhealthy personality was related with parental rearing pattern. The neurotics characteristically made use of immature and neurotic defense. The defense mechanism endorsed by neurotics were related to their unhealthy personality.
