| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肾损伤 CT诊断的准确性和临床价值。材料与方法 :对 2 8例疑肾损伤的急诊患者在 0 .5 h～3h内行 CT平扫检查。结果 :2 8例肾损伤 ,右肾 16例 ,左肾 12例。 1例合并脾破裂 ,1例合并肝破裂。 1例合并十二指肠破裂。均经手术证实 ,诊断符合率 10 0 %。结论 :CT诊断肾损伤准确、可靠、方便、迅速是首选检查方法 ,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose Study accuracy and clinical value in the diagnosis of CT in kidney damages.Material and methods 28 cases emergency patients suspected kidney damages are plain scanned by CT in 0.5 h～3 h.Results In 28 cases of kidney damages ,right kidney damages 16 cases,left kidney damages 12 cases,complicated spleen split or liver split one case respectively.they are all verified by the operations.the accord rate is 100 %.Conclusion The diagnosis of CT should become first choice of investigating methods.Its diagnosis has important guide meaning for clinical treatments. |
