轻型颅脑损伤患者抑郁和焦虑相关影响因素的调查研究?

目的：探讨轻型颅脑损伤患者抑郁及焦虑的相关影响因素，以提高临床干预疗效。方法对110例轻型颅脑损伤患者进行 SCL-90心理自评量表，对年龄、性别、文化程度及是否自付费用等相关因素调查，筛选出伴有抑郁、焦虑症状和抑郁、焦虑评分≥2分的患者作为试验组，而其他未表现明显抑郁、焦虑的患者作为对照组，将相关影响因素下的 SCL-90评分进行统计学分析。结果在 SCL-90评分上，试验组性别、文化程度和是否自付费用与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论性别、文化程度和是否自付费用是轻型颅脑损伤患者抑郁、焦虑的影响因素，针对影响因素进行个体化心理干预具有重要临床指导意义。

Influencing Factors of Depression and Anxiety in Patients with Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries

Objective To explore the related influencing factors of depression and anxiety in patients with Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries(MTBI)so as to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.Method Self-rating scale SCL-90 was conducted among 1 10 patients with MTBI and influencing factors including age,gender,education and payment were studied and screened.Patients were divided into study group(those with symptoms of depression and anxiety and scored ≥ 2 )and control group (those did not show significant depression and anxiety).Statistical analysis and Logic regression analysis were conducted based on the SCL-90 scores under the influence of related factors.Results The differences in SCL-90 scores under the influence of gender,education,and payment between the study group and the control group were statistically significant (P <0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in SCL-90 scores under the influence of age and occupation.Conclusion Gender,education and payment are the influencing factors of depression and anxiety among the patients with MTBI.A targeted psychological intervention in influencing factors has important clinical significance.
