彭州地区295例住院患儿呼吸道病毒检测分析?

摘    要:目的:分析彭州地区295例住院患儿呼吸道病毒检测情况。方法采用直接免疫荧光法对295例住院患儿的鼻拭子进行腺病毒(adenovirus,ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)、甲型流感病毒(influenza A,IA)、乙型流感病毒(influenza B,IB)和副流感病毒1、2、3型(parainfluenza 1、2、3,PIV1、PIV2、PIV3)7种病毒的检测,分析各种病毒检测情况。结果295例患儿病毒总阳性率34.58%(102/295),阳性率最高为 RSV(20.68%)。<1岁、1~3岁、3~7岁和≥7岁组病毒感染阳性率分别为47.25%、30.92%、27.27%和15.79%。急性上呼吸道感染及急性支气管炎患儿中以 IB 感染为主,阳性率分别为11.11%和16.00%,毛细支气管炎及肺炎患儿中以 RSV 感染为主,阳性率分别为40.00%和30.00%。结论彭州地区最常见的住院患儿感染病毒为 RSV,且7种病毒在不同年龄、不同呼吸道感染疾病中具有不同分布特点。

Analysis of Respiratory Viruses in 295 Hospitalized Children of Pengzhou
Abstract:Objective To analyze the test results of respiratory viruses among the 295 hospitalized children of Pengzhou People′s Hospital.Methods Direct immunofluorescence was used to detect seven common kinds of respiratory viruses including respiratory syncytial virus (RSV),Adenovirus (ADV),influenza virus type A (IA), influenza virus type B (IB),parainfluenza virus type 1 (PIV1),parainfluenza virus type 2 (PIV2)and parainfluenza virus type 3 (PIV3),from nasal swabs of the 295 hospitalized children and test results of the various viruses were analyzed.Results The total positive rate was 34.58% (102/295 )among which RSV topped the list (20.68%). The positive rates were 47.25%,30.92%,27.27% and 1 5.79% among the groups under one year old,1-3 years old,3-7 years old and above 7 years old respectively.IB was the main infection virus among children with acute upper respiratory infection and acute bronchitis,the positive rates of which were 1 1.1 1% and 1 6.00% respectively. RSV was the main infection virus among children with capillary bronchitis and pneumonia,the positive rates of which were 40.00% and 30.00% respectively.Conclusion RSV is the most common infectious virus among hospitalized children in Pengzhou,and the seven viruses have different characteristics of distribution among children of different ages and with different respiratory infections.
