| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对血液透析患者心理和生活质量的影响,总结护理经验。方法将80例血液透析患者按照随机数字方法分成观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较两组患者干预3月后的心理和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者心理和生活质量指标评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对行血液透析患者采取护理干预措施,可以降低焦虑和抑郁程度,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。 |
