Abstract: | Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic relapsing inflammatory skin disease with a distinctive clinical appearance and distribution. Around 85% of patients have positive immediate skin reaction or specific IgE to different airborne allergens that are in association with respiratory allergy. The aim of this retrospective, open and uncontrolled study was to identify the most common inhalant allergens in AD patients, AD/allergic rhinitis patients, and AD/bronchial asthma patients by skin prick test per year during the 2001-2005 period. |
