双C臂机在高龄椎体压缩骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术中的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨双C臂机在经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗高龄椎体压缩骨折应用的优势。方法对79例高龄椎体压缩骨折患者行PKP,术中应用双c臂机47例(A组),单c臂机32例(B组)。分析两组手术时间、术中透视次数、穿刺次数及患者对手术过程满意度评分情况。结果手术时间:A组15~55(21±10)min,B组26~90(41±14)min,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术中透视次数:A组7~35(10.5±6.3)次,B组11~41(21.5±11.5)次,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术中穿刺次数:A组2~9(3.2±1.7)次,B组2~12(5.6±2.9)次,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。手术过程满意度:A组3~9(6.6±2.4)分,B组手为2~5(3.2±1.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在高龄椎体压缩骨折PKP中,应用双C臂机可缩短手术时间,定位准确。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the advantages of application of the two table C arm machine in percutaneous ky- phoplasty(PKP) for treatment of elderly patients with vertebral compression fractures. Methods 79 cases of senile vertebral compression fractures underwent PKP. The application of double C arm machine was done in 47 cases (group A) , while 32 cases were done with single C arm machine (group B). The operation times, number in per- spective, puncture times and score of satisfaction in the process of operation were compared. Results Operation time of group A was 15 -55 (21 ± 10) min, group B was 26 -90 (41 ± 14) min, there was significant differences (P 〈 O. 05). Group A fluoroscopy number was 7 - 35 ( 10. 5 ± 6. 3) times, group B was 11 -41 (21.5 ± 11.5 ) times, there was significant differences(P 〈 0. 05 ). Puncture time of group A was 2 - 9 ( 3.2± 1.7 ) times, group B was 2 - 12 (5.6 ± 2. 9) times, there was significant differences (P 〈 O. 05 ). Group A score of satisfaction in the process of operation was 3 - 9 (6. 6 ± 2.4) points, group B was 2 - 5 (3.2± 1.1 ) points, there were statistical difference ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The application of double C arm X-ray machine in PKP with treatment of senile vertebral compression fractures can shorten the operation time with accurate positioning
