某部官兵健商状况的研究

目的探讨军人总体健商状况及其分布和特点,分析影响因素,进而制定相应的干预措施和健康教育计划,以指导卫勤保障工作,达到全面提高官兵健康的目的。方法采用谢华真教授的健商问卷量表,按军官、士官、士兵3个群体进行无记名问卷调查,对回收问卷进行全面的统计学分析。结果部队整体的健商指数偏低,除生活方式与生活技能两项比较理想外,其余三项均为值得警惕分值。通过本组资料三个群体的比较显示,健商值并非与其职务成正比:士兵的自我保健与健康知识健商值(6.19±1.23,5.69±1.68)均高于军官(5.79±0.96,5.17±1.28),P<0.005;单项健商值各有所长。结论低健商值会引起健康的失平衡状态,最终引发疾病的产生。

Study on the PLAman' s health quotient in one army troop

Objective To analyze and discuss probable influencing factors, to improve the health level of army men by instructing to the hygiene services through instituting corresponding measures and plans of health educations. Methods The information from the survey of Health Quotient of the army troop classified by officer, ser-geancy and soldier were gathered and analyzed with the questionnaire of Dr. Wah Jun Tze. Results The total Health Quotient of the army troop is low. The comparisons of the three communities, the scores of Health Quotient are alam value. The scores of soldier are higher than the scores of officer in Self-Health-Care and Health-Knowledge. Among the comparisons of single score, each has its strong point. Conclusion Low scores of Health Quotient indicate the imbalance of life health, which maybe lead to diseases. So, more emphasis must be taken to improve the level of the whole troop.
