| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,H .pylori)是导致胃癌发生的重要病因学因素 ,已被世界卫生组织列为Ⅰ类致癌原。H .pylori导致胃癌发生的分子机制尚不清楚。日益增多的资料显示 ,H .pylori导致胃癌发生的分子机制涉及到细胞的增殖与凋亡 ,端粒酶活性的改变 ,基因不稳定性和甲基化状态的异常改变等。本文介绍了H .pylori相关胃癌发生分子机制的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori ( H.pylori )infection is an important aetiological risk factor of gastric cancer, and has been classified as group I or definite carcinogen by the World Health Organization. The molecular mechanism of H.pylori leading to gastric cancer is still unclear. It has been increasingly recognized that cell proliferation and appoptosis,telomerase activition, genetic instability and abnormal DNA methylation are involved in the development of H.pylori related gastric cancer and its precursors. To better understand the pathogenesis of gastric cancer, a revie of the role of H.pylori infections in the induction of molecular events in gastric epithelial cells is presented in this paper. |
