分别配戴远近用镜对青少年近视发展的影响

根据近雾视疗法的原理，给轻、中度近视的青少年分别配戴远、近用眼镜，即阅读距离时戴用比远用镜减少－1．50DS的眼镜，观察对近视发展的影响。并与远近用眼都戴同一屈光度眼镜的学生进行比较。临床共观察1579例，分为观察组（A组）782例，对照组（B组）797例，观察2年，发现A组较B组近视发展速度减缓，两年间A组增加屈光度的例数较B组少8．5％。两组比较，经x2检验P＜0．01，说明分别配戴远近用镜有减轻调节力和视疲劳，减慢近视发展的作用。

Effects of Distance-vision and Near-vision Glasses on the Development of Adolescent Myopia

Based on the fogging method, adolescent students with myopia were prescribed two pairs ofglasses, one for distance vision and one for near vision when the students were reading, theirglasses were added with minus lens power of 1. 5DS. We observed the effects on the developmentof adolescent myopia, and compared them with those wearing the same power glasses for bothdistance and near vision. 1579 cases were included in this study, the trial group(Group A) had782 cases, and the control group (Group B)had 797 cases. All cases were followed up for twoyears. The results showed that two pairs of glasses for distance and near vision can slow downthe devedopment of adolescent myopia. The cases increasing refraction in group A were less8. 5 % than those in group B. Comparing the two groups,there was statistical significance (P<0. 01 ). It suggested that wearing different glasses for distance and near near vision could relaxcommodation and ophtalmocopia, and slow down the development of myopia.
