济南辖区出入境人员传染性疾病及病原标志物检测结果分析报告

摘    要:
目的了解出入境人员传染性疾病及病原标志物携带情况,以期为做好口岸疾病监测和控制工作提供依据。方法对2000年至2009年度72108名出入境人员疾病监测资料进行整理、统计、分析。结果共对出入境人员实施了疾病监测,其中检出传染性疾病及病原标志物携带者2252例,总检出率为312.31/万,2005年度检出率最高,达532.24/万。疾病检出率标化后男女之比为1.42:1,检出率丙肝男女间无检验差异;梅毒和结核女性高于男性、乙肝和HBsAg男性均高于女性;年龄分布呈单峰型,45岁年龄组最高,达527.61/万,职业分布以商务人员最高,达585.00/万;地区分布以非发达地区人员最高,达499.83/万。入境人员梅毒检出率接近境内人员检出率4.5倍;退休人员梅毒检出率高达103.55/万,与高年龄组高检出率的结果相一致的。结论加强对不同的人群实施不同疾病的重点防制,对做好和提高疾病防制工作质量具有重要的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To provide references for port disease surveillance and control work by studying the infectious diseases and carrying pathogenic markers among entry-exit personnel.Methods Sort out,doing statistical analysis and analyze disease surveillance materials of 72108 entry-exit personnel from 2000-2009. Results 2252 people were detected suffering infectious diseases or carrying pathogenic markers,with a detection rate of 3123.1/million and the highest rate is 5322.4/million in 2005. Normalized relevance ratio is 1.42:1 for female/male(M/F). The hepatitis C detection rate has no significance difference between male and female. Female's detection rate of syphilis and tuberculosis is higher than male's,while male's detection rate of hepatitis B and HBsAg is higher than female's. Age distribution exhibits single-peak curve,people above 45 years reach the highest of 5276.1/million,business people reach the highest of 5850/million,people in the underdeveloped area reach the highest of 4998.3/million. Syphilis detection rate of entry personnel is 4.5 times of domestic rate. And syphilis detection rate among retired personnel reaches 1035.5/million,the same as the elder group. Conclusion Implementing different prevention measures to different group of people is significant for improving our disease prevention work.
