准分子激光角膜屈光手术前眼底检查结果分析

目的对大样本准分子激光角膜屈光手术前的近视眼眼底检查结果进行总结及分析。方法欲行准分子激光角膜屈光手术的患者5589例11178眼，术前充分扩瞳后直接检眼镜、间接检眼镜结合三面镜、巩膜压迫器检查眼底并绘图记录。结果明显眼底并发症而暂缓或停止手术者共1350例（24．15％）1785眼（15．97％）。结论准分子激光角膜屈光手术前充分扩瞳后进行以间接检眼镜为主的详细的眼底检查是非常必要的。

Analysis at retinal pathological changes before excimer laser surgery

Objective To summarize and analyze retinal pathological changes of myopic patients before the eximer laser surgery.Method Totally 11178 eyes of 5589 consecutive myopic patients before excimer laser surgery were examined by indirect ophthalmoscope combined with direct ophthalmoscope,three-mirror contact lens and sclerotic compressor pupil dilatation.The results of examination were recorded accurately by drawing pictures.Results Totally 1350 patients(24.15%)of all of patients and 1785(15.97%)eyes of 5560 eyes were proved to have retinal pathological complication and were postponed or stop surgery.Conclusion This study showea the importance of examination of fundus detailed by indirect ophthalmoscope after pupil dilatation.
