| 摘 要： | 目的：观察褐苞薯蓣与怀山药对脾虚证的治疗作用。方法：对中医辨证属脾虚证的60例患，随机分为A、B两组，采用双盲法给药。A组给予山药I号（怀山药），每次2包（10g/包）；B组给予山药Ⅱ号（广山药），每次2包（10g/包），均为每日3次，用开水搅成糊状口服，连服15天。结果：两组总有效分别为93．0％和90．0％（P＞0．05）；两组各种脾虚症状积分较治疗前均减少（P＜0．01）。结论：两种山药均能减轻脾虚证患临床症状，有较好的腱脾养胃作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the curative effects of Dioscorea Persimilis Prain (Guang Shan Yao, GSY) and Dioscorea Opposita Thunb (Huai Shan Yao, HSY) in treating the syndrome of spleen deficiency.60 cases of spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.GSY was administered in group A, two bags a time, t.i.d. HSY was administered in group B, two bags a time, t.i.d. Two drugs were mixid to pasty wigh boiling water for taking orally, 15 days as a course.Total effective rate of group A and B was 93.3% and 90.0% respectively( P >0.05).After treatment the integrals of the spleen deficiency symptoms of two groups were less than that before treatment ( P <0.01).Conclusion]Two drugs have effects of relieving symptoms of the spleen deficiency and strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach. |
