深圳市宝安区中学生艾滋病知信行现况调查

目的了解深圳市宝安区中学生艾滋病的知识、态度和行为现况,为在该区开展艾滋病健康教育提供参考依据。方法在深圳市宝安区随机抽取的8所中学进行艾滋病知识、态度、行为的基线调查。结果艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为50.2%,其中初中生的得分明显低于高中生（P〈0.01）,公立学校的应答情况明显好于私立学校（P〈0.01）;对于艾滋病患者大部分学生能给予关心和帮助,但很多同学认为艾滋病离他们还很遥远;目前学生获取艾滋病知识的来源途径主要为广播电视、报刊杂志或书籍和宣传资料等。结论在校中学生对于艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率处在较低水平,学校及有关部门应通力合作,加强对学生开展青春期卫生保健和艾滋病相关知识的健康教育。

Survey on Current Situation of AIDS-related Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior Among Middle School Students in Baoan District, Shenzhen

Objective To understand the current situation of knowledge,attitude and behavior about AIDS among middle school students of Baoan District,Shenzhen,and to provide the reference for developing AIDS-related health education in this district. Methods Eight middle schools were randomly selected in Baoan District for a base-line survey on AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and behavior. Results The total awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge was 50.2%,the scores of junior middle school students were significantly lower than those of high school students(P<0.01).The knowledge scores of public schools were significantly higher than those of private schools(P<0.01).Most students expressed that they could give the care and help to the AIDS patients,but 56.0% of them thought that the situation of AIDS was not too severe.Students acquired AIDS-related knowledge mainly from radio and TV programs,newspapers,magazines,books,propaganda material,etc. Conclusions The total awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge of middle school students is still very low.Schools and the related-departments should pay more attention to cooperation and strengthen the health education about adolescent health and AIDS-related knowledge among middle school students.
