| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺癌手术治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2008年6月至2010年8月间收治的25例行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者的临床资料。结果患者中有7例行一侧腺叶切除加峡部切除术,11例行一侧腺叶、峡部切除加对侧腺叶大部切除术,5例行一侧腺叶、峡部、对侧大部切除加同侧颈淋巴结清扫术,2例行甲状腺全切术。患者术后全部随访一年以上,有2例死于复发或转移,其余23例全部存活。结论未分化型甲状腺癌预后效果差,而其他类型在综合分析患者年龄、病理类型、病程以及转移度的基础上,选择合理的手术方式,可获得良好的疗效。
