米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止中期妊娠的临床观察

目的观察米非司配伍米索前列醇用于终止中期妊娠的效果及安全性。方法对于487例孕12～18周的妊娠妇女,用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠,每天早、晚9时空腹口服米非司酮25mg,首次加倍,连服两天,第三天早晨6时空腹服用米非司酮25mg,第三天早晨8时阴道置入米索前列醇0.6mg,在使用米索前列醇6小时后无宫缩则重复用药一次,进行药物流产观察。结果 487例患者中,392例完全流产（80.5%）,79例不完全流产（16.2%）,16例失败（3.3%）。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇可成功终止12～18周的中期妊娠,有效率高,安全性好。
