| 摘 要： | 目的通过对儿科感染性疾病中喹诺酮（QNS）类药物的使用情况和不良反应进行调查,掌握QNS在儿科的临床应用特点和不良反应发生情况。方法调查我院150例发生感染性疾病的患儿使用QNS后的疗效特点和不良反应,并进行观察。结果 QNS在儿科各个年龄中仍可继续使用,但用药品种主要集中在沙星类,且疗程较短,主要用于严重感染。结论在儿科中要慎重应用QNS类抗生素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application and adverse reactions of quinolones(QNS) drugs in pediatric infectious diseases,to master the clinical features and incidence of adverse reactions of QNS in pediatrics.Methods 150 children with infectious diseases in our hospital were investigated and observed for features and adverse effects after use of QNS.Results QNS could continue to be used in all the pediatric age,but mainly concentrated on floxacin with a shorter course of treatment for severe infections.Conc... |
