| 摘 要： | 目的总结腰-硬联合麻醉（combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,CSEA）用于老年人人工髋关节置换术的麻醉体会。方法 38例老年人人工髋关节置换术全部选用CSEA,于L2-3或L3-4椎间隙穿刺进入硬膜外腔后,用25G腰穿针刺入蛛网膜下腔,见脑脊液流出后予以0.75%布比卡因1.5 ml加10%葡萄糖0.5 ml混合液,硬膜外腔置管后平卧,调节麻醉平面。结果镇痛效果满意,肌松良好,循环、呼吸平稳,术后并发症少。结论 CSEA镇痛、肌松效果满意,对呼吸、循环干扰小,安全、有效,对于老年人人工髋关节置换术是较为理想的一种麻醉方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA) among elderly patients undergoing artificial hip joint replacement.
