正交试验法优选苦参配方颗粒的提取工艺

摘    要:目的优选苦参配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,研究浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量、提取次数对苦参提取工艺的影响,以苦参碱提取率作为主要考察指标,优选提取工艺。结果苦参配方颗粒的优选提取工艺为加10倍量水,浸泡30min,煎煮二次,每次提取1h。结论该提取工艺能够有效地提取苦参碱,且适用于大生产,可作为苦参配方颗粒的提取工艺。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Sophora flavescens dispensing Granules.METHODS Researched the influences of soak time,extracting time,water volume and extracting times on extraction techniques for Lighiyellow Sophora Root,with the matrine in extracts as index,the optimal condition by L9(34)orthogonal test was studied.RESULTS The optimum extraction process conditions were determined as follows:To add water with 1∶10,soak time 30 minutes,and to decoct 2 times,decoct time 1 hours every time.CONCLUSION The extraction process is reasonable;The method can be used for industrial production.
