伴抑郁焦虑障碍冠心病患者122例临床分析

目的研究冠心病患者在伴有抑郁焦虑障碍时的临床特点。方法收集我院冠心病患者312例，其中伴抑郁焦虑症患者122例（A组），不伴抑郁焦虑症患者190例（B组），对两组患者的临床表现以及DCG监测结果进行对比分析。结果A组患者临床表现中失眠失眠、心悸、全身颤抖、乏力的比例高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。DCG监测显示，A组的室性心律失常、窦性心动过速检出率显著高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论伴有抑郁焦虑障碍的冠心病患者的失眠、心悸、全身颤抖、乏力等非特异性症状较不伴有抑郁焦虑障碍的冠心病患者明显，且易发生室性心律失常、窦性心动过速。因此，治疗心理疾患对改善冠心病患者的预后意义重大。

Clinical Analysis of Depression and Anxiety in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical features of depression and anxiety disorders in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods We recruited 312 patients with coronary disease. They were divided into two groups： One was 122 patients in anxiety and depression （group A） ; the other was 190 patients without psychological disorders （group B）. Clinical manifestations and DCG results were compared between two groups. Results In group A, insomnia, palpitation, trembling, weakness were significantly higher than group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Ventricular arrhythmia and sinus tachycardia were also higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Uncharacteristic symptoms （ insomnia, palpitations, trembling, and weakness） and arrhythmia were common in CHD patients with psychological disorders. Thus, it＇s important to treat psychological disorders in CHD patients in order to improve prognosis.
