摘    要:
为探讨抗精子抗体对精子穿越宫颈粘液能力的影响,本文用15份含高滴度抗精子抗体的血清配成不同稀释度的血清标本,用间接精子免疫珠结合试验测定各血清标本的抗体滴度,并用精子宫颈粘液穿透试验检测不同滴度抗精子抗体对精子穿越宫颈粘液能力的影响。结果显示:(1)IgA和IgG类抗精子抗体对精子穿越宫颈粘液的能力均有明显影响(P<0.01),且IgA类较IgG类作用大。(2)头部及全身结合有抗体的精子受损较明显,而仅尾部结合有抗体的精子则无明显受损。(3)当结合抗体的活动精子≥60%或头及全身结合抗体的活动精子≥30%时这种影响变得十分确切。

Abstract:
For studying the effect of human antisperm antibody (ASA) on the ability of sperm to go through human cervical mucus in vitro, fifteen ASA positive and three negative serum specimens were diluted into 155 serum specimens with different titers of ASA which were determined with indirect immunobead test. The effect of ASA of different titers on the ability of sperm to penetrate human cervical mucus then were detected with Kremer's Test. The result of the trial revealed that (1) ASA do impede sperm to penetrate cervical mucus (P< 0. 01) ,and the effect of IgA is more obvious than of IgG. (2) The ASA bound on sperm head or the whole can impede sperm to penetrate cervical mucus obviously?but the ASA bound on sperm tail does not influence the sperm to penetrate cervical mucus. (3) Such an effect becomes very undoubted when the total percentage of ASA-bound sperm is more then 60% or the percentage of the sperm binding ASA on head or on the whole is more than 30%.
