| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症的临床效果。方法：治疗组32例用中药内服外敷，对照组27例用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射。结果：治疗组总有效率96．9％，对照组总有效率70．4％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中药内服外敷治疗髌骨软化症效果较好。
