胸腹腔积液与血清中相关生化指标的联合检测分析

摘    要:目的 评价全自动生化分析仪对胸腹腔积液生化检测的可靠性及联合血清学相关生化指标检测的价值和意义.方法 59例胸腹腔积液患者,根据临床诊断分为良恶性两组,分别对其中的癌胚抗原(CEA)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和对应血清中的三指标,采用全自动生化分析仪进行检测.结果 良性胸腹腔积液和对应血清中的ADA差异有统计学意义外(P<0.01),CEA和LDH两指标差异均无统计学意义;恶性胸腹腔积液与对应血清中的ADA差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),CEA和LDH两指标差异均有统计学意义.良恶性胸腹腔积液中CEA、ADA及LDH三指标均有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);而良恶性血清中LDH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),余二指标则有显著统计学差异(P<0.01).结论 全自动生化分析仪对胸腹腔积液生化指标检测的结果可靠,同时联合血清中的相关指标检测,有助于胸腹腔积液性质和疾病的诊治.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the reliability of automatic biochemical analyzer for detecting biochemical indicators in pleural effusion and ascitic fluid, and explore the value and significance of combined detecting biochemical indicators in pleural effusion/ascitic fluid and in serum. Methods 59 patients suffered pleural effusion/ascitic fluid were divided into benign and malignancy group according to the clinical diagnosis, detect the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), adenosine deaminase (ADA) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the pleural effusion/ascitic fluid and in serum by using the automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Within benign group the levels of ADA in pleural effusion/ascitic fluid were different from those in serum ( P 〈 0. 01 ). In malignant group the levels of CEA and LDH in pleural effusion/ascitic fluid were different from those in serum ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Levels of ADA, CEA and LDH in pleural effusion/ascitic fluid of benign group were different those of malignant group (P 〈 0. 01 ), while the levels of CEA, ADA in serum of benign group were different those of malignant group (P 〈 O. O1 ). Conclusions It's reliable that the detection of biochemical indicator in pleural effusion/ascitic fluid by using automatic biochemical analyzer, and combined with the results iN serum would help to confirm the oronerties of Dleural effusion/ascitic fluid and the diamaosis and treatment for disease.
