| 摘 要： | 膀胱过度活动症（OAB）是一组关于下尿路症状的症候群，在我国发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。目前该病的发病机制尚未阐明，诊断标准也不统一，治疗方案和疗效判定也存在争议。本文就膀胱过度活动的诊断与治疗方面的最新进展进行了相关总结。

| Abstract: | Objective：Overactive bladder （OAB） is a highly prevalent syndrome characterized by urgency, often accompanied by frequency and nocturia, with or without urgent incontinence, and there is a rising trend in its incidence rate in china. Currently, the patbogenesis of OAB has not been elucidated, and neither its diagnostic criteria is uniform nor the decision of its therapy as well as therapeutic efficacy comes to reach agreement. This review summaries recent papers about advances in diagnosis and therapy of Overactive bladder. |
