膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤16例的诊治与预后

目的：探讨膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤（1PB）的发病特点，提高对其诊治及预后的认识。方法：回顾性分析16例IPB的临床资料，复习相关文献，并随访患者。16例均行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（TURBT），14例术后行膀胱内即刻灌注一次，其中9例继续行膀胱规律灌注1年，另2例未行膀胱灌注。结果：全部病例术后病理诊断均为IPB，其中1例合并低度恶性潜能。随访6个月～5年无复发。结论：膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤是非浸润性泌尿上皮良性肿瘤，TURBT是其标准治疗方法，单纯IPB行TURBT术后无需行膀胱灌注化疗，但需定期随访观察。

Diagnosis,Treatment and Prognosis of Inverted Papilloma of the Bladder(Report of 16 Cases)

Objective：To study the clinical feature of inverted papilloma of the bladder （IPB） and to improve the recognization of diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of IPB. Methods： A retrospective study was done and the clinical documents of 16 cases of IPB were reviewed. All cases were treated with transurethral resection of bladder turmor,9 cases underwent bladder irrigation for one year, 5 cases just underwent bladder irrigation once in 24 hours after surgery,another 2 cases never underwent it. Results： All cases were proved to be IPB by pathology, 1 case showed low grade malignant potential. All cases were followed up from 6 months to 5 years,no case developed recurrence. Conclusions： Inverted papilloma of the bladder is a kind of rare and benign tumor,with very low recurrence and good prognosis. TURBT is the standard therapeutic choice. Simple IPB after TURBT doesn＇t need bladder irrigation therapy, but requires regular follow-up.
