肺原发性血管中心性T细胞淋巴瘤

本文报告肺原发性血管中心性Ｔ－细胞淋巴瘤２例，经外科手术切除后进行病理形态与免疫组化检查确诊，其组织学特征为瘤细胞广泛浸润血管壁，小血管内皮肿胀呈洋葱皮样增厚，甚至扭曲形成簇中球状病变，免疫组化提示为外周Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤，本文尚对该病的命名，分级标准及鉴别诊断等进行初步讨论。

Primary angiocentric T-cell lymphoma of the lung

The article reports two patients with primary angiocentric T-cell lymphoma of the lung being diagnosed by pathological and immunohistological examinations after surgical resection. The pathological prominent feature was lymphomatous infiltration of blood vessels. The small vessels showed endothelial swelling and onion-like thickening of the wall. Sometimes they were converted into tortuous channels to form tufts or glomeruloid lesions.The immunophenotypic studies of lesions from the two patients demonstrated a new subset of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Its nomenclature, gradation criteria and differential diagnosis were preliminarily discussed.
