| 摘 要： | 目的 观察复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能、免疫功能及血清纤维化指标的影响.方法 将168例患者随机分为两组,对照组口服恩替卡韦,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加服复方鳖甲软肝片,48周为1个疗程.结果 两组治疗前后肝功能、外周血T淋巴细胞哑群和血清肝纤维化指标比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),治疗后组间比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Treating chronic hepatitis B with compound BieJiaRuanGan pill plus entacavir. Methods 168 patients were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with compound BieJiaRuanGan pill plus entacavir and the control group was treated with entacavir exclusively, with a course of 48 weeks. Results Both groups showed statistical significance in improving the liver function, peripheral T lymphocyte subsets and indexes of serum liver fibrosis after the treatment (P<0.01 or P<0.05 ). The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were significant better than the control group after the treatment (P<0.01orP< 0.05 ) . Conclusion The treatment of chronic hepatitis B with compound BieJiaRuanGan pill plus entacavir is better than using entacavir exclusively. |
