摘    要:
目的为了分析评价多区域、多品牌的医用超声诊断仪设备,特别是关键部件超声探头的可靠性。方法通过在全国多区域对某品牌医用超声诊断仪设备探头进行质量检测,进而对检测结果进行规律挖掘,分析不同区域该品牌探头的可靠性。结果探头的指标不通过率随使用时间的增加有明显的增加趋势,具有统计学意义;不同地区探头指标通过率具有统计学意义,东北地区的指标不通过率偏高,而华北地区的指标不通过率偏低。不同地区探头使用时间的分布具有统计学意义,东北地区的整体使用时间更长,而华南较短。普通探头、特殊探头功能故障的比率随使用时间的增加而下降,透镜和外壳故障比率则随使用时间的增加而有明显的上升,结果具有统计学意义。结论本文对超声探头质量检测的结果分析,探索了某品牌医用超声探头的在多区域的使用质量规律,为超声探头的可靠性分析提供的方向,为医院医学装备管理部门、临床使用部门等相关科室的决策提供参考。

Abstract:
Objective In order to analyze and evaluate the reliability of multi-region and multi-brand medical ultrasonic diagnostic equipment,especially the key component ultrasonic probe.Methods We conducted quality testing on the probe of a brand of medical ultrasonic diagnostic device in multiple regions of the country,and then mined the test results regularly to analyze the reliability of the probe in different regions.Results The failure rate of probe index increased with the increase of using time,which was statistically significant.The pass rate of probe indexes in different regions was statistically significant,the failure rate of probe indexes in northeast China was relatively high,while the failure rate of probe indexes in north China was relatively low.The distribution of probe use time in different regions was statistically significant,the overall use time in northeast China was longer,while that in south China was shorter.The ratio of functional failure of ordinary probe and special probe decreased with the increase of service time,while the ratio of lens and shell failure increased significantly with the increase of service time,with statistically significant results.Conclusion We analyzed the results of ultrasonic probe quality testing,and explored the quality law of a certain brand of medical ultrasonic probe in multiple regions,which could provide a direction for the reliability analysis of ultrasonic probe,and provide a reference for the decision making of hospital medical equipment management department,clinical use department and other related departments.
